pumpkin farm visits

We hit up Goebbert's pumpkin farm a few times this fall. Here's a few pics from our trips.

cute kids

This picture is funny, how Alicia is like airborne in this.

somebody LOVES her pony rides...

and last but not least, the infamous green chair...

Mommy looks silly

Can't you see the resemblance now?!

Two little blondies...

Voting- Rapunzel 1 or 2

Someone really loves his big sister and wanted to be like her... Alicia was trying out her potential costume wigs and Ben got into the action too. Voting is now open, should Alicia wear the braid or hair down?? :-)

Guess this book was too easy...

So I guess this book was "too easy" for Alicia and her reading selection for today. Typically they bring home books and papers for us to help fill out stating they read the book, etc. But it looks like Alicia got a head start on this one. Lol. She wrote out the entire sheet for me, all i need to do is sign my name. gee, thanks Alicia! :-)

Ben entertaining himself

Ben did a good job entertaining himself with my front facing video camera on my phone while we were waiting for car to get fixed today.

Boy down

Perhaps I should have just left him there to nap... Transferring from this position did not go as well as planned and he woke up.

This is NOT what this toy is intended to be used for, Ben!

Just love how we're getting our money's worth out of this toy. Who knew how many different uses this toy could have...until now :( and yes, that look innocent wide-eyed Ben look is not going to help your cause.

I'm king of the world!!

Yes.. Poor Tanner gets the brunt of things someways... Kids take over his hiding spots, pull tail, tug ears, try to dress up, try to pick up, etc etc. the final straw was Ben using Tanner's kitty condo/climbing post.. Not to scare anyone but I caught Ben sitting on the counter. Yes, no pics of that one as I frantically ran over to pull him off the counter. I see how he did it, Ben pulled the condo over to the kitchen counter and proceeded to climb up it like a ladder to the counter. So now Tanner has a new uninterrupted space - on top of the refrigerator. Thank god for high ceilings... I think Tanner approves of his new stake out now on top of the world here... Already in watch cat mode...

Don't chainsaw Mr pumpkin.

Yard guys are around this morning cutting things away and getting the brush out. Ben was keeping a watchful eye over our little pumpkin patch...
