A couple weeks ago grandma Karen said he's not quite ready just yet for crawling cause his hands aren't opening up yet when on all fours. Well looky here...

5 month stats

Time for Ben's 5 month stats!

Ben weighed in at 14 pounds and 5 ounces at his last check-up this month. He also grew another inch, bringing him to 26 inches long.

Ben showing off his new talent of sitting by himself. He really does a great job trying to balance himself when we sit him up. He is fairly close to sitting up and pushing himself up all by himself, but we aren't quite there just yet.

Ben's Baptism

Benjamin Russell was baptized on Saturday, June 11 at St. Mary's Church in Elizabeth. We had a nice little service that morning for Ben and it was followed by a breakfast in the church hall. It was very nice to see so many of our family members that could make the special day for Ben. Ben's Godparents are Drew's brother Tony and his sister Ann.
