I know Heather put in a note here about Happy Father's day to me, but i want to add a note to our dad's, who are always there for us.

I know Father's day is a difficult day for Heather, as her dad passed when she was in highschool, but I know he's very proudly looking down on her and our family from above.

I'm so lucky with my dad as he's always there for me to talk, and he's great with Alicia and Ben. Just the other day, Alicia made a quip "Papa Mike" can speak whale. (She was watching Fiding Nemo a movie that she only watches with Papa or when she's sick). Thanks Papa Mike for always being there for us.

Ben's new funny face

Ben has a new facial expression/funny face. Here he's got himself wrapped up in a blanket. He was laying on floor on top of the blanket and started playing with corner of it and rolled himself right up into it. Too cute.

Silver spoon already

At breakfast this morning Alicia wanted Ben to sit with us at the table so I thought why not. He was having a good ole time and did a decent job sitting and playing with a spoon in his high chair. Sorry no food yet though, Ben! Maybe another month or two and the docs will let us try out some cereal.

Just in last week or so, Ben has been starting to giggle and laugh a lot more. Think this kid has a funny bone or two :-)
