I almost forgot to post this month's stats for Ben and Alicia. Earlier this month, both kids had a check-up on the same dr's visit. And oh, boy was that a trip. Ben's 4 month check up went fairly well and smooth, Alicia's however was a bit gut wrenching. Her nerves were getting the best of her that's for sure. The entire time, she was pretty much crying and saying "I don't want any shots." while Ben was pretty content and hardly cried when he had to get his shots. Alicia had a TB test, a blood finger prick test, along with 2 other shots. Yeah, not so much fun at all. After the shots though she was calm as a cucumber and was like "that didn't hurt at all" and "that was fine" sure... Alicia.. I don't think the patients at the pediatricians office that day will ever be the same with all the screaming and kicking we encountered with her that day. Thank god that daddy came along for the ride that day with mommy or else it would have been even worse. Overall, kids were doing fine, nothing new to really report other than they are growing and are in good physical health.
Ben's 4 month stats weighed in at 13 lbs, 2 oz, and 25 inches long. Still about that 50 percentile mark, way to go Ben!
Alicia's 5 year stats are hovering near the big 3-0 mark, just one more pound and she's got it. She weighed 29 lbs, and stood at a tall 39 inches.
